Never underestimate the power of a yummy dressing to turn those mismatched veggie leftovers into a delicious salad. This vibrant green sauce is a great one to keep on hand in the fridge, as it's so versatile, includes healthy fats and gives dishes a zesty lift thanks to the garlic, lemon and herbs.

This green goddess dressing pairs great with roast vegetables, green salads, or even heaped on top of chickpeas or your favourite legume.

It's the perfect addition to our Use it Up Salad Bowl too.
