INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g butter, softened
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • Salt to taste

  2. Meanwhile use a blender, pestle and mortar or fine grater to mince up the garlic
  3. In a bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and salt. Adjust the salt level if using unsalted butter. Add the dried parsley and mix well until fully incorporated.
  4. Shape and store: Place the butter mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and roll it into a log. Refrigerate until firm. Once set, slice into portions or keep whole and slice as you need. Store in an airtight container.
