Passionfruit
Apricots
Lime & Basil
Plum & Rhubarb
Ingredients
350g stewed fruit
60g sugar
1 tin condensed milk (395g)
500ml cream
Instructions
To stew any fruit, simply peel and remove any cores or seeds that may be in the fruit. Chop the fruit into chunks and sprinkle over the sugar. Cook on low heat for approximately 10 minutes, stirring often. Allow the stewed fruit to cool completely.
In a small bowl, combine the condensed milk and stewed fruit, along with any extra flavourings you may choose, like vanilla, mint, basil, cinnamon, or ginger.
In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the condensed milk and stewed fruit mixture into the whipped cream and gently fold through.
Pour the mixture into an airtight container or loaf tin, and cover.
Place it in the freezer for 6-10 hours to set.
