Introducing our Navel Orange Popsicle recipe – a delightful and refreshing treat perfect for beating the heat! Whether you're planning a summer picnic, a garden gathering, or just craving a cool snack, these popsicles are the ideal treat. You can make these popsicles with any fruit you have at your fingertips. Here are some other good fruity ideas: Strawberries, Kiwifruit, Stonefruit, Cherries, Grapefruit, Lemon, Apple, Pear and Feijoas!

Ingredients:

  • 2 navel oranges
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:

  1. Peel the oranges.
  2. Cut the orange into pieces and remove the pips.
  3. Place the orange pieces into a blender and blitz.
  4. In a bowl, combine the blitzed orange, yoghurt, and honey.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a jug for pouring into the moulds.
  6. Pour the mixture into the moulds, ensuring not to fill them to the very top.

Tip: Don't throw away your orange peel. Instead, make candied citrus peel to add to your baking!
